Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’re a small boutique that values our customers and our community—both in town and online. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 In-Store Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Store credit only is issued for returns.

  • Final sale items (such as clearance, jewelry, seasonal items, and gift cards) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges:

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges in-store within 14 days, based on availability.

  • Online? Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help coordinate an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
